How we use your information

TREC GB stores the information you supply when you register as a member or a visitor in a secure database; we do not pass this information to third parties under any circumstances except as follows:

  • If you register as a member and nominate a Regional Club, we will pass your information to the club for the purposes of processing your membership (unless you use the opt out tick box).
  • If you enter an Event online we will supply sufficient information to the Event organiser to enable them to process your entry.
  • If you make a payment online using PayPal we will supply sufficient information to PayPal to enable them to process your transaction.
  • If you are a RED tier member we may supply sufficient information to our insurers to enable them to maintain the Group Insurance Policy

Any information so supplied will be limited to the absolute minimum required for the particular purpose; at no time will your password ever be made available (no TREC GB Board member or administrator has access to your password)

If you have ticked the Receive Newsletters option in your member details we will from time to time send relevent and useful information to your registered email address; we may additionally send advertisements from our advertisers and sponsors, such messages will always be sent from TREC GB on behalf of the advertiser/sponsor, we will not supply your email address to other parties.
